Below you will find a snapshot of a Trulia chart which seems to indicate we may have hit the bottom in the Housing Market.  We certainly have already had our share of pain, so it would be nice if we finally started seeing signs of a better economy.  However that could quickly change if the economy experiences a double dip recession.   That would cause a major hurdle for the housing market, but hopefully better days are ahead

My pit bull Ozzy finally hit 6 months old so it was time to get him fixed.  I  brought him in at 7:30 am after fasting all night.  As usual Ozzy was very excited to meet the staff.  He really loves people, I am fortunate to have gotten such a good puppy.  I had to pick him up at 3:00 that day.  He was so excited to see me he peed in the waiting room.

As a bonus I noticed that the staff had also trimmed his nails.   His wound looks good, they used liquid skin which is a type of glue in lieu of stitches.

We also received post surgical instructions in writing.  If you are in need of their services which include spay, neuter, shots, & grooming I highly recommend P.A.W.S.

If you have the means, I highly recommend it.  But you are looking at a couple hundred dollars per person per round of golf.

one thing to be wary of is the alligators.  In the picture below 2 baby alligators sunning themselves on the shore
