Testicular cancer like every other cancer SUX

Most recently testicular cancer took the life of Clint Miller from Missoula, MT.  Clint was a virtual friend.  I met him at my first blog site http://activerain.com/blogs/repipeline and soon we connected in all the usual spots: Twitter, Facebook, etc…  I am glad to say he was also a mentor, not only in blogging, but his salesmanship.  He made it look so easy.

Yet a year ago yesterday he was diagnosed with Testicular cancer to which he succomb in December.   He fought a valiant battle and garnered over 900 people in his Prayer & Support Group.   Clint being Clint, he ended up finding Besties with Testies .   They are a not for profit group that is promoting awareness.   Check your family jewels monthly.   That is all it takes to have a greater than 90% chance of beating it.

Turns out a Man dies every day from Testicular cancer, while one man is diagnosed every hour.  The true tragedy was that if it had been detected early Clint would have had a great chance to beat it, but he was not diagnosed early enough.  As such one of his legacies is to raise awareness
