call it a pet peeve of mine, but the reason I disliked P2A was that your listing pool was limited to the handshakes you made.
Do not get me wrong, I love the site for one thing, because of the included branded & unbranded Virtual Tours
but since the available listings would be limited to the inventory of homes physically entered by my handshake connections I found the site did not meet my code of ethics.
However the site is now integrating IDX into the site, as well as giving clients the ability to add IDX to their own websites/blogs.
I was wondering if anyone has already jumped on Board and what is the concensus
I am happy to pay around $10/month for the syndication of each listing I manually uploaded, as well as the included branded & unbranded virtual tours from the pictures I uploaded, but I am wondering if the additional fee is worth it, in your humble opinion?
